Our Walk/Run Clubteachesour studentsthe benefit of daily exercise and challengesour studentsto set fitness goals for themselves while educating the students on the benefits of fitness. For the student these benefits include better scholastic performance, fewer behavior issues, better immune systems, and the ability to avoid the many, many, health risks and diseases tied to being out of shape.

Our students love to run and play, and the Walk/Run Club provides the student with a venue to be more physically active beyond their physical education class and to formulate good lifetime fitness habits.

The Walk/Run Club meets once a week throughout the school year under the direction of a fitness coach.
